Financial News 20072007 | 2006 | 2005 | 2004 Notification of Major Shareholder InterestFeburary 12, 2007 Asterand plc ("Asterand" or the "Company") announces that it has received on 9 February 2007 notification under the Companies Act 1985 of the interest of 695,400 of the Company's ordinary shares of 5p each by The Church Commissioners for England. Such shareholding amounts to 0.7% of the issued share capital of the Company.
