Target Validation
Example 1
An XpressWay™ Profile containing the expression of a single

Validation of animal models
By comparing XpressWay™ Profiles with known expression in
animals, you can identify the animal models that have an expression profile
most similar to that of man. In the example shown the expression of NO
Synthase-3 in 20 different tissues is similar between mouse and man, while the
expression of NO Synthase-2 can be seen to be significantly different between
the two species.
